It means getting to know each borrower and understanding their specific situation, having the ability to pivot quickly when necessary, and being humble enough to realize when something I’m doing isn’t working and needs to be changed. With an extensive background in mental health and multiple certifications from the Hakuna Matata Institute of No Worries, Kobe puts the chill in “just chill bro”. From very humble beginnings, she has had to claw her way to the management position she holds today and has done a purrfect job since coming aboard. When asked what her favorite part of the job is, she stated “Meow really isn’t the time, I’m working on something important.”.
A native of Florence, SC, I moved to the coast in 2016. I was born and raised in the mortgage industry and take great pride in knowing I can help my customers in ways others can’t.
